The business operates from a modern EU Approved plant in Carrickfergus, Co.Antrim.

Supplying the major UK supermarket multiples the company has Higher Level EFSIS approval which ensures meticulous quality control throughout the business. Following inspection the offals are trimmed, sliced and loaded into Tri-web packs which contain an oxygen permeable film to retain colour and bloom. The packs are weigh-price labelled as per customer requirements.
