Fane Valley Butter
Fane Valley produces pure creamery butter by churning only fresh cream and adding salt (2%). Unsalted butter is also produced. Our butter is easy to spread from the fridge and has a truly distinctive flavour that bears testament to the quality of our dairy farmer’s fresh cream and the traditional churning methods we use at our creamery.
 Fane Valley Butter is available throughout Northern Ireland in retail packs (250g & 500g) and in many catering establishments (mini pack).
Clarified butter and butter ghee are specialist butters used particularly in Indian cuisine. These products are sold primarily in GB to the ethnic catering trade.
